Pentagon Intelligence Operations Receive $9.2M Boost Through New Support Contract

The Department of Defense announced a contract award through Washington Headquarters Services on April 20, 2026, focused on providing policy, operational, and analytical support to senior defense intelligence leadership. The award reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen strategic planning, coordination, and decision-making across multiple defense intelligence directorates.

Premier Enterprise Solution LLC, based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, received a firm-fixed-price, level-of-effort contract valued at $9,263,906. The contract is intended to support the Directors for Defense Intelligence, Operational Support and International Partnership, along with several associated directorates. These include organizations responsible for counter proliferation related to weapons of mass destruction, global operations and integration, global partnerships, and regional focus areas spanning the Indo-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, the Arctic, Africa, and the Near East.

The scope of the contract requires the contractor to provide expertise in areas including security, resource planning, strategic development, program analysis and evaluation, and policy formulation. The work is designed to assist senior defense officials in developing strategies, evaluating programs, and supporting decision-making processes tied to intelligence and security missions.

Performance under the contract will take place at multiple Department of Defense locations, including the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia; the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia; and additional facilities in Fairfield, Pennsylvania, and Frederick, Maryland. The period of performance is expected to run through April 30, 2031.

While the base contract is valued at just over $9.2 million, the total potential value could reach $57,417,154 if all option periods are exercised. At the time of award, $1,700,000 in funding was obligated.

Washington Headquarters Services, based in Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity overseeing the award. The contract highlights continued investment in analytical and strategic support capabilities within the Department of Defense’s intelligence and security enterprise.
